All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Business Post Courier. You will have to sign on receipt. We are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving with you.

We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products. That means the price you see is the price you pay! There are some 'unusual distance' locations that may be subject to a charge as detailed below...

All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.

Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via Business Post courier.

Over 2kg and not exceeding 20kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and cannot go via Business Post, they are calculated to go via Parcels2Go or Royal Mail First Class (which ever is the cheaper)

Channel Islands Jersey/Guernsey JE and GY codes over 2KG can only go via Royal Mail First Class.

Parcels2Go can be a maximum of 1.5m long and not exceed 4 cubic feet.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.

Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.
